This is truly a fabulous service for those about to embark on the journey of marketing and ultimately selling their property. It is well proven that an exceptionally well presented home, not only sells quicker, but is also far more likely to fetch a higher price. Every room should reflect attention to detail, function, warmth and style. After an initial visit and consultation with you in your home, where your budget is discussed, my services could include:
- Compiling a Recommended Styling Report to outline, room by room, a list of styling suggestions to ensure every room of your home is presented at its best. Styling suggestions could include – recommendations for room presentation in furniture and home décor positioning, work to be carried out by you or professional trades people, decluttering and cleaning, outdoor presentation.
- Carrying out the recommendations within the agreed budget i.e., sourcing any necessary furniture or homewares, arranging any professional services to be carried out, styling every room as per my suggestions.
- Pre-Open Home Touch-Up – If required, I may be available to come to the property prior to the Open Homes to carry out last minute touch-ups with flowers, lighting, etc to maximise the property’s presentation.
Once your home has been professional dressed and prepared for sale, I am confident your property will stand head and shoulders above other neighbouring homes on the market, impressing potential buyers with all that it has to offer.
